Path, without the payment of $20 for right of
choice, under the old system of selling, and also
an unpaid balance for said lot, as now sur-
veyed. _ Mr Waldo thinking that he is entitled
to a deed without said payments. _
Upon motion of Mr Bangs,
Voted that the matter be referred to the
Committee on Lots, with full power. _
Land Westerly of Cemetery _
Mr Nazro stated that there is a piece of land
which lies next westerly of the Cemetery, fronting upon
the public road, which he had been informed cer-
tain parties were negotiating for the purchase of, which
purchase he feared might be detrimental to this
Corporation, and asked for some action in relation
thereto.
Upon motion of Mr Curtis,
Voted that the subject matter be referred
to the Committee on Grounds. _

were read, and it was voted that the persons
therein severally nominated, be accordingly so appointed.
