A Special meeting of the Council of the Corporation of
the City of Kingston was held this day. Present

His Worship the Mayor

Aldermen

Gardiner, Dunn, Eilbeck, Gildersleeve
Harty, Hiscock, Little, O'Brien, Robinson
Thompson, J. Wilson

The Mayor stated the Meeting was called to consider
the opening up of Charles street.

The Chairman from the Committee on Streets
brought up a Report (Number 422 Book E.) Re opening
Charles street which was read and adopted.

Ald. W. Wilson here entered

On motion the Council adjourned
