of Kingston was held this day. Present

Drennan, Gildersleeve, Muckleston
Thompson, Wilmot
The meeting adjourned for want of a quorum

A Special Meeting of the Council of the Corporation
of the City of Kingston was held this day. Present
His Worship the Mayor
Aldermen
Downing, Gildersleeve, Harty, Hiscock
Swift, Redden, Rees, C. Robinson, Smith
Thompson, Wilmot
The Mayor stated the meeting was called to
consider the Tenders received for the debentures offered
for sale viz. $173,600.
Ald. Harty from the Committee on Finance and
accounts brought up a Report (Number 475 Book [blank])
which was read
On motion of Ald. Harty seconded by Ald. Gildersleeve
Ordered, That the recommendation of the Finance
Committee that the tender of Cox Ho for the $173,600 City
of Kingston Debentures at $102.55 as the highest tender
be accepted - be received and adopted
On motion the Council adjourned
