Ald: McIntyre submitted lease of Esplenade
together with Plans and Correspondence _

From R.C. Carter per telegraph inviting the Mayor
and Aldermen and City officials to a trip to Tamworth
and return on 15th instant

Ald: C. Robinson brought up the petition W. Follest
complaining of the over-flow of water on his property _
referred to the Committee on Streets

Ald: McIntyre from the Committee on Finance
and Accounts brought up two Reports (Numbers 563
and 564 Book F) which were read and adopted

The Chairman on Streets and
Improvements brought up a Report (Number 565 Book F) which
was read and adopted.

The Chairman on Streets submitted two Reports
from the City Engineer _ Re North Street and Hospital
drains which were read.

The Chairman from the Committee on Fire, Water and
Light brought up a Report (Number 566 Book F) which
was read and adopted

The Chairman from the Committee on City Property
brought up a Report (Number 567 Book F) which was read
and adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on Water Works
brought up a Report (Number 568 Book F) which was
read and adopted.

On Motion the Council adjourned

Polson, C. Robinson, Shannon, Wilmot, Wilson

The Clerk read the Minutes of the last Meeting
Communications were read as follows: _

From City Clerk (M Flanagan) certifying that the Bonus
By Laws Re Kingston, Smith Falls and Ottawa Railway and
the Napanee, Tamworth and Quebec Railways were approved of by the
Electors
