Ald: Gaskin brought up the petition of William Robinson
asking to be relieved of his suretyship Re George Thompson

On Motion of Ald: Gaskin seconded by Ald: McCammon
Ordered, that in Conformity with the request of William
Robinson asking to be relieved as security for George Thompson
City Collector be granted on the Condition that John Reeve be
acceptable to the City Solicitor

Ald: Gaskin brought up the petition of W McCutcheon
claiming damages owing to the North Street drain having
overflowed his premises _ Referred to the Committee on Streets
