expunged from said Bills

that the discussion relative to the Napanee
Tamworth and Quebec Railway By Law be adjourned unil
Tuesday evening the 19th instant and that the City Solicitors
be instructed to attend _ which being put was carried [Underline]

of Kingston was held this day pursuant to adjournment

After considerable discussion on Ald: Gaskins motion
Re Napanee Tamworth and Quebec Railway Bills _ Ald: Gaskin
withdrew the Motion with the Consent of the Council

On Motion of Ald: W. Robinson seconded by Ald: Cruggan
Ordered, that after consideration and discussion it is
deemed advisable that the Mayor proceed to Toronto tonight and
Ald: Shannon likewise to Ottawa and take the neccessary steps
to have section 3 taken out of Railway Bills Nos: 90 & 165

On Motion the Council adjourned
