appropriation has been made for the same and providing that
immediately after the Board Walk being laid the petitioners at
their own expense fill in the space between their property and
the Board walk to avoid danger to any citizen or citizens.

permission to build a drain in Rideau street to connect with
the main sewer in North street free of frontage

On Motion of Ald: Gaskin seconded by Ald: Muckleston
Ordered, that the prayer of the petition of William
Noble be granted on the condition that Noble pay all
expenses in Connection with the building of the drain
and that the walk be done under the jurisdiction of the
City Engineers _ no charge being made to Noble for
entering North Street, also that is is understood for this
privilege that any rate payer can enter said drain with
permission of this Council and payment of the usual
frontage rate to the City.

and accounts brought up two Reports (Numbers 632
and 633 Book F) which [Strike Through] were read and adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on Streets and
Improvements brought up a Report (number 634 Book F)
which was read and adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on Parks
brought up a Report (Number 635 Book F) which was
read and adopted

The Chairman from the Committee on Printing
brought up a Report (Number 636 Book F) which was
read and adopted
