On motion of Ald. Fenwick seconded by Ald. Shannon

Ordered, That the report of Wharves and Harbours
be received

The Clerk read the Report of the City Engineer Re
[margin] MF [/margin] sewer on Nelson street from Princess to [strikethrough] Gordon [/strikethrough] Johnson street -

Ald. Gaskin moved the Council into Committee of
the whole on the second reading of the By Law entitled
A By Law to authorise the construction of a common sewer in a
part of Nelson street in the City of Kingston as a local
improvement under the provisions of the "Municipal Act" in
that behalf.

The Council went into Committee of the whole

Ald. Redden in the chair

The Council resumed

The Committee rose and the chairman reported the second reading
of the By Law clause by clause - The Report was received

The 30 Rule was suspended. and the By Law was read
a third time and passed.

Ald. Gaskin introduced a By Law entitled "A By Law
to authorise the construction of a common sewer in a part of
Mack street in the City of Kingston, as a local improvement
under the provisions of the Municipal Act in that behalf " which
was read a first time.

The Report of the City Engineer was read Re construction
