The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second
reading of the By Law clause by clause. The Report was received.

The By Law was read a third time and passed

Ald: Gaskin introduced a By Law to raise by way
of loan on the credit of the debentures therein mentioned the
sum of $1975.45 for the purposes therein mentioned _ which
was read a first time

The 30th Rule of orders of Council was suspended
and the Council went into Committee of the whole on
the second reading
