The Council resumed
The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the
second reading of the By Law clause by clause _ The
Report was received.

The By Law was read a third time and passed

Ald. Gaskin introduced a By Law to raise by
way of loan the sum of $364.00 for the purpose therein
mentioned _ which was read a first time.

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council
went into Committee of the whole on the second reading

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the
second reading of the By Law clause by clause. The Report
was received.

The By Law was read a third time and passed

On Motion of Alderman Gaskin the Council
went into Committee of the whole on the second reading
of the By Law entitled A By Law to change the names
of Certain streets in the City of Kingston therein named
read a first time Monday June 9th 1890.

The 30th Rule of Council was suspended and the
By Law was read a third time and passed

Ald. Redden gives notice of By Law re. [fastalling?] as
follows: _
On Motion of Ald. Redden seconded by Ald. Minnes
Ordered, that the hour of fastalling be changed
from ten OClock A.M to Nine OClock A.M in the summer and
half past Nine in the winter

On Motion the Council adjourned
