Company limited presented by Ald. Joseph F Swift asking that he may be granted
permission to erect Warehouses for storing and barelling
Petroleum Oils on the sites at present occupied for the
storage of Coal Oil _

On Motion of Ald. Muckleston seconded by Ald. Machar
Ordered, that the prayer of the petition be granted

From Charles David praying permission to move a
small frame building along Albert and other streets _

On Motion of Ald. McIntyre seconded by Ald. Osborne
Ordered, that the permission asked for by Charles
David be granted provided that a satisfactory bond of
indemnity be given by Mr David and the building be
moved subject to the direction of the City Engineers

From L.L. Phippen and 5 others, by Ald: Machar Re Removal
of Board Walk outside Boulevard North side of Stuart street _
Referred to the Committee on Streets with power to Act.

From Smith Bros and 3 others asking for removal of side
walk east side of Bagot street outside the Boulevard _ by Ald
Steacy _ Referred to the Committee on Streets with power to act.

asking for an extension of the Water Works system along Collingwood street _ referred to the
Committee on Water Works.

asking to be allowed to remove Board Walk on East side of
Division Street.

On Motion of Ald. McIntyre seconded by Ald. Osborne
Ordered, that the petition of James Maxwell and
others praying for permission to move outside - walk on
Division street be referred to the City Engineers with power
to grant the permission prayed in case the petition has been
properly signed and all regulations governing such cases
are observed

Ald. Shannon from the Committee on Finance and Accounts
brought up two Reports (Numbers 733. 734 Book F) which
was read and adopted

The Chairman from the Committee on Streets and
Improvements brought up a Report (Number 735 Book F)
which was read and adopted

The Chairman from the Committee on Water Works brought
up a Report (Number 736 Book F) which was read and
