was held this day Present.

Communications were read and referred as follows:-

From John McKelvey asking that Thomas Moore be accepted
as surety for George Thompson Collector Of Taxes in the place of
him. - also from James. Agnew City Solicitor, Thomas Moore
and John Reeve Re suretyship-

On motion of Ald. Gaskin seconded by Ald. McIntyre

Ordered, That the Finance Committee be requested to
report at next meeting of Council on the release of John McKelvey as
surety for George Thompson Tax Collector
