The Council resumed
The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second
reading of the By Law clause by clause - The Report was
received.
The 30th Rule was suspended and the By Law
was read a third time and passed

Ald Gaskin introduced By Law No 396 entitled "A
By Law to establish open up and make a public street to
continue or extend South Bartlett street from its easterly end
to Victoria street in the City of Kingston as a local improvement
work under the provisions of the Municipal Act on that behalf
and for other purposes - which was read a first time

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council went into
Committee of the whole on the second reading

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second reading
of the By Law clause by clause - The Report was received

The By Law was read a third time and passed

Ald Polson introduced a By Law respecting the annual
Estimates and Expenditures which was read a first time

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council
went into Committee of the whole on the second reading

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the following
resolution carried in Committee.

On motion of Ald Gaskin seconded by Ald Carson
Ordered That the By Law now before the Council receive
the six months hoist. The Report was received

Ald. Polson introduced By Law (397) entitled "A By Law
to fix the places in each Ward in the City of Kingston where the
nomination of Candidates for the office of Alderman and of Public
School Trustee shall take place and to appoint Returning Officers
to hold the said nominations" which was read a first time

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the Second
reading of the By Law clause by clause - The Report was
