of a Common sewer in a part of Ordnance Street in the City of
Kingston as a local improvement under the provisions of the
Municipal Act in that behalf No 403 which was read a first time

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council went into
Committee of the whole on the second reading

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second reading
of the By Law clause by clause the report was received

The 30th Rule was again suspended and the By Law
was read a third time and passed

Ald Meek introduced A By Law to appoint two trustees
on the Kingston Collegiate Institute Board to fill the annual
vacancies caused by retirement No 404 - which was read a first time
