Ald Hardy gives notice that he will at the next meeting
of the Council bring in a By Law for the opening up of Sydenham
street from Princess to Johnston Street in the City of Kingston.

Ald Gaskin introduced By Law Number 410
entitled "A By law respecting polling sub divisions
912 and 15 in the City of Kingston which was read a
first time.

On motion of Ald Gaskin seconded by Ald McLeod
Ordered, That Rule 30 be suspended for the
evening as regards the reading of By Laws.
The Council went into Committee of the Whole on
the second reading of the By Law.

The Council resumed.
The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the
second reading of the By law clause by clause. The
Report was received.
The By Law was read a third time and passed.

entitled "A By Law to make provisions for the watering
of the streets within certain areas in the City of Kingston
and to define the said areas for the year 1892 - which
was read a first time.
The Council went into Committee of the Whole on
the second reading.

second reading of the By law clause by clause. The
Report was received.
The By Law was read a third time and passed.

entitled "A By Law to raise by way of loan the sum
of $1016.13 for the purpose therein mentioned which
was read a first time.

The By Law was read a third time and passed.

entitled "A By Law to authorise the issue of Debentures
for $17,200 under the City of Kingston Debt arrangement
Act 1887 (50th Victoria, Chap 56 Ontario 1887 which was
read a first time.
The Council went into Committee of the whole on the
second reading.
