The 30th Rule was again suspended and the By Law was
read a third time and passed and was signed and sealed.

Ald Hardy introduced By Law No 419 entitled
A By Law to raise by way of loan the sum of $787.00 for
the purpose therein mentioned" which was read a first time.
The 30th Rule was suspended for the remainder of the evening and the Council went
into Committee of the Whole on the second reading.

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second
reading of the By Law clause by clause. The Report was
received.
The By Law was read a third time and passed and
was signed and sealed.
