adopt the proposals contained in Engineers Bolger's Report as a
basis of future operations and that all sewers hereafter built
within the City limits be built in accordance with the plan
recommended in said report and that the construction of the
sewers recommended in the Engineers report be entered upon from
time to time as this Council provides the necessary funds.

Court of Revision.

Petitions were presented and read as follows:

From J. Haskett by Ald Ryan asking for a rebate on two licenses
taken out for 1892. Referred to the Committee on Licenses.

Aldermen McLeod and Hardy here entered.

From the Kingston, Smith Falls and Ottawa Railway Company
by Ald Livingston asking the Council to petition the Legislature
of Ontario for an Act to extend the line in the By Law of the City for
the completion of the line for a further period of four years from
the 3rd December 1893.

On motion of Ald Livingston seconded by Ald Herald
Ordered, That the prayer of the petition of the Kingston,
Smith Falls and Ottawa Railway Company be granted - and
that a petition from this Council be forwarded to the Legislature
of Ontario at its next session for an Act to extend the time limited
in the By Law of the City of Kingston, for the completion of the Companys
line from Kingston to Smith Falls for a period of four years;
such Act to be obtained at the expense of the Company.

Ald Drennan from the Committee on Finance and Accounts
brought up Reports (Numbers 1019 and 1020 Book G) which was
read and adopted.

Ald Dunlop from the Committee on Streets & Improvements
brought up a Report (Number 1021 Book G) which was read.

Ald Dunlop moves seconded by Ald Wilson
That the report of the Committee on Streets & Improvements
be received and adopted.

In amendment 1st
Ald Behan moves seconded by Ald Robinson
That the report of the Committee be amended to read
that the total amount of street watering taxes Re Regiopolis
property be remitted.

In amendment 2nd
Ald Hardy moves seconded by Ald Robinson
That the clause in the report relating to the petition
of A. Rankin be struck out and his petition be remitted again
to the Streets Committee to report at a future day to the Council of
1893 which being put was lost. The first amendment being put
was carried and the original resolution was passed as amended.

The Chairman from the Committee on Water Works brought
up a Report (Number 1022 Book G) which was read.

Ald Polson moves seconded by Ald Dunlop
That the report of the Committee on Water Works be
received and adopted.
