Ordered, That the Budget as printed with attention
in preamble already made be accepted and passed.

In amendment
Ald Hardy moves seconded by Ald Gaskin
That the report be amended by making the rate
16-1/2 mills on the dollar.
The Mayor having put the resolution proposed by Ald Carson
it was carried.
