A Meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the City
of Kingston was held this day. Present:

His Worship the Mayor
Aldermen:
Bowes, Carson, Curtis, Elliott, Hardy,
Horn, Meek, Mundell, McIntyre, McKelvey,
C Robinson, W Robinson, Wilson, Wright

The Clerk read the minutes of the last three
meetings.

On motion of Ald Meek seconded by Ald Carson
Ordered, That the 31st Rule of the Council be
suspended re: the order of procedure and that the
consolidated by laws be given a third reading and
the penalty by law a first second and third reading.

The following By Laws were read a third time
and passed.

By Law No. 446 entitled "A By Law respecting
the interpretations of the By Laws of the City of Kingston".

By Law No. 447 entitled "A By Law to regulate
the proceedings of the Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the City of Kingston".

By Law No. 448 entitled "A By Law respecting
the officers of the Corporation of the City of Kingston"

By Law No. 449 entitled "A By Law respecting
