From Breck & Booth Re: amending offer of 6th of
March for one years lease of Wharf.

On motion of Ald Elliott seconded by Ald Behan
Ordered, That the offer of the Donnelly Salvage
and Wrecking Company be accepted for the portion of the Water
Works Wharf not required for City purposes - their tender being
the highest - subject to the approval of the Chairman and
Superintendant of the Water Works Department. If at any future
time, upon six months notice, the City to retain the right to take
possession, it may do so without compensation.

of taxes collected to date. Referred to the Finance Committee.

for removal of sidewalk between Earl and Gore Streets outside
of boulevard.

On motion of Ald Meek seconded by Ald Herald
Ordered, That the petition of Charles Munro and others
be referred to the Chairman of the Streets Committee and the
City Engineer with power to act.

From Thomas Hanley by Ald Herald asking that the
awning erected by him opposite his residence Earl Street be
allowed to remain.

From Edward Dawson and 4 others by Ald Mundell
asking for removal of Board Walk outside boulevard in front
of their property on Division Street.

On motion of Ald Mundell seconded by Ald Elliott
Ordered, That the communication of E.Dawson
Re: Board Walk be referred to the City Engineer and Chairman
of Streets with power to Act.
