Sydenham streets. Referred to the Committee on
Streets and the City Commissioners.

From Luke Doney and 4 others by Ald Hardy
asking for an artificial stone side walk on the north side
of Brock Street between King and Ontario Streets.
Referred to the Committee on Streets and the City Commissioner.

From John Gaskin and 5 others by Ald Hardy
asking for an artificial stone side walk on the east side
of King Street between Princess and Brock streets. Referred
to the Committee on Streets and the City Commissioners.

Behan asking for an artificial stone side walk on
the east side of Ontario Street between Clarence and

Ald. McKelvey from the Committee on Finance
and Accounts brought up a Report (Number 1107 Book G)
which was read and adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on Streets
and Improvements brought up a Report (Number 1108 Book G)
and submitted reports of the City Engineer for Granolithic
Walks on the east side of Ontario Street for 90 feet south of
Clarence Street and on the west side of Barrie street from
King Street to Deacon Street to Union street and on the south side
of Princess street from Wellington to Bagot streets with statements
of measurements of the frontage liable to rate &c which
were read.

On motion of Ald Carson seconded by Ald Hardy
Ordered, That the report of the Committee on Streets
and Improvements be received and adopted.

Ald Hardy introduced "A By Law to authorize the
construction of an artificial stone sidewalk on a part of
King Street in the City of Kingston as a local improvement
