Kingston was held this day. Present;

The Clerk read the minutes of the last meeting.

Communications summarized by the Clerk were
read and referred as follows:

From Edward H. Smythe respecting taxes. Referred
to the Court of Revision

From H. O'Heara Re: Municipal Bonds. Referred
to the Finance Committee.

From I.G. Ettinger, President Teachers Association
asking for annual grant of $25.00. Referred to the
Committee on Finance.

From John Macdonald Secretary to Public School
Board calling attention to the danger existing at street
car crossing corner of Union and Alfred streets.
Referred to the Board of Works.

From Robert Smith respecting taxes. Referred to the

From Alexander McCabe resigning his position
in City Parks. Referred to the Committee on the Parks.

From Alexander McCabe respecting his salary.
Referred to the Committee on Parks.

From Principal Grant informing the Council of
the intended visit of His Excellency the Governor General
of Canada and the Countess of Aberdeen to this City on
the 24th instant. Referred to the Committee on Finance to act.
