The Report was received.
The 30th Rule was suspended and the By Law
was read a third time and passed.

Ald Wright from the Committee on Finance
and Accounts brought up a Report (Number 1172 Book G)
which was read and adopted.

The Chairman from the Board of Works brought
up a Report (Number 1173 Book G) and submitted
Report of Thomas O Bolger City Engineer in reference
to the construction of a drain in Balaclava Street
together with a statement of the measurement of the
frontage and cost of same which was read.

On motion of Ald Carson seconded by Ald Meek
Ordered, That the report of the Committee on
Board of Works be received and adopted.

The Chairman from the Court of Revision brought
up a Report (Number 1174 Book G) which was read.

Ald Skinner moves seconded by Ald Martin
That the report of the Court of Revision be
received and adopted.

In amendment
Ald Walkem moves seconded by Ald Martin
That the report of the Court of Revision be
amended by adding that the Assessor be empowered to
employ such valuators as he may deem necessary under
the supervision of the Court of Revision to make a
valuation of the Locomotive Works property.

On motion of Ald Behan seconded by Ald Elliott
Ordered, That the main question be now put.
The Mayor then put Ald Walkem's amendment to the
report which was lost and the original motion was carried.

The Chairman from the Committee on Fire, Water
and Light brought up a Report which was read.

Ald Behan moves seconded by Ald McKelvey
That the report of the Commitee on Fire, Water
and Light be received and adopted.

In amendment
Ald Elliott moves seconded by Ald Hardy
That the report be taken up clause by clause
which being put was carried.
