BA curriculum[/margin]

Various changes in the curriculum of study
leading to the degree of B.A. were agreed to, and
the Principal was requested to submit them to
the Trustees - Dr Williamson objecting on the
ground that junior physics should be included
among the list of compulsary subjects.

[margin]report on medical matriculation[/margin]

There was read a report from Mr.
Knight the Medical Examiner containing
a list of the Medical matriculants and also
suggesting certain changes in the medical matriculation
examination. The Senate resolved
that it was inexpedient in the meantime to
make the changes referred to

The Senate met and was constituted.

Sederunt Principal Grant, Professors Williamson,
Mowat, Dupuis, Ferguson and Watson.

The minutes of the last meeting held 24th
inst. were read and approved.

The Senate having examined in all the
subjects necessary for the degree of B.A. the following
candidates named in alphabetical order viz.

Julien Donald Bissonette
William Briden
Wilber Daly
John A McArthur
Arichibald Bain McCallum
Hugh H McMillan

and having sustained their examination in
all these subjects resolved to confer and
hereby do confer upon each and all of these
gentlemen the degree of Bachelor of Arts.

The Senate having sustained the Theses
of James Cumberland BA, John Herald BA
and Gilbert C Patterson BA resolved
