and from other sources of information that Mr.
Froiland was associated with Messrs Shibley and
Ferguson in the same offenses. Whereupon
the Senate passed unanimously the following
sentence: That Messrs Shibley, Froiland, and
Ferguson be and hereby are suspended from
the rank of undergraduates; that as long as this
suspension continues, any prizes or honours
they may have gained at the monthly or
University examinations of the present session
be withheld from them; and that their
restoration to the said rank, and the bestowment
on them of the said prizes or honours
be dependent on their good conduct from
this date till the close of the ensuing session.
