Lemon Cups

1 c. sugar
4 T. flour
1/8 t. salt
2 T. butter, melted
5 T. lemon juice
Grated rind one lemon
3 well-beaten egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
3 stiffly beaten egg whites

Add blended sugar, flour and salt to butter; add lemon juice + rind and blend well. Add to egg yolks and milk and stir well. Fold in egg whites, pour into greased custard cups and place in pan of hot water.
