Chop Suey

Brown in butter over slow fire:
1 c. lean pork
1 c. lean beef
1 c. lean veal.

1 c. onions
1 c. tomatoes, strained
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushrooms
1 c. celery (heaping)
2 T. cornstarch
4 T. Chinese La Choy sauce

Chop onions, add to meat
after fried, add celery,
cook until celery and
onion are done. Add tomato
juice, sprouts, and
mushrooms. Dissolve
cornstarch in sauce
just before serving.
