Cream Pie
In double boiler scald 2 c. milk.
Mix thoroughly 1/2 c. sugar, 2 T. cornstarch and 3 T. flour. Add to scalded milk.
Cook until thick and smooth stirring occasionally (about 15 min.)
Add 3 yolks slightly beaten. Cook about 2 min.
Add 3 T. butter, 1/4 t. salt and flavoring - (1/2 t. almond and 1 t. vanilla)
