Bit 16 in PMB fixed itself.
We tried replacing the SKIPL 533 in core 0
with an XEC (SKIPL 533) where the
SKIPL was variously in core 0 and core 1
It seemed as if the incidence of DCPEIAP063
bug was less when the location of the
SKIPL was core 1 but the statistics were
not conclusive.
