Rt. Rev. Bishop Othey, the following mem-
bers of the Executive Committee of
the Board of Trustees of the University
of the South, assemble; viz.
The Bishops of Tennessee, Louisiana,
& of Georgia, Rev. Dr. Pise & Geo. R. Fair-
banks, Esqr.

On motion of Bp. Elliot, it was
Resolved, That the Commission-
ers be authorized to ^pay to Dr. Pise the ex-
penses connected with the printing
ordered by this meeting of the Board
of Trustees, & also to pay such ex-
penses as he himself may have
incurred in attending this meeting.
