Campbell Bray testified by his executing these presents Doth assign unto the
said Edward William Bray Matthew Bell and George Scovell their executors
administrators and assigns All the said Plate to which she is contingently
entitled on the decease of the said Augusta Pope as aforesaid and all the right
title interest claim and demand whatsoever of the said Charlotte Frances Pope in and to the said Plate or any part thereof To hold the said Plate
herein before assigned or intended so to be unto the said Edward William
Bray Matthew Bell and George Scovell their executors administrators and
assigns nevertheless upon and for the trusts intents and purposes hereinafter
declared concerning the same And it is hereby agreed and declared between
and by the said parties to these presents that the said Edward William
Bray Matthew Bell and George Scovell their executors administrators and
assigns shall stand possessed of the said sum of £2109-6-6 £3 percent
consolidated Bank annuities and the said plate so respectively transferred
and assigned by the said Charlotte Frances Pope as aforesaid In trust for the
said Charlotte Frances Pope her executors administrators and assigns until
the said intended Marriage shall be solemnized and after the solemnization
thereof as to the said Plate hereinbefore assigned or expressed so to be Upon trust
that the said Edward William Bray Matthew Bell and George Scovell and the
survivors and survivor of them and the executors or administrators of such
survivor (hereinafter called the said trustees or trustee) shall receive the said
Plate
on the decease of the said Augusta Pope and hold the same In trust for the
said Charlotte Frances Pope as part of her separate Estate and to be enjoyed
and disposed of either by deed or Will or from hand to hand by her the said
Charlotte Frances Pope exclusively of the said George Frederick Campbell Bray and so as not to be subject to his debts control or engagements and as to the
said sum of £2109-6-6 £3 per cent consolidated Bank annuities Upon trust
that the said Trustees or Trustee do and shall either permit the whole or any
part of the same sum of Bank annuities to remain in its actual state of
investment or with the consent in writing of the said George Frederick
Campbell Bray and Charlotte Frances Pope during their joint lives and after
the decease of either of them with the consent in writing of the survivor of
them during his or her life and after the decease of such survivor at the
discretion of the said Trustees or Trustee sell and transfer the same or any
part thereof and (with such consent or at such discretion as aforesaid) invest
the monies to arise thereby in their or his names or name in or upon any
