hereby declare that in case there shall not be any child of my said
daughter Charlotte Frances Pope who being a son shall live to attain the
age of twenty one years or who being a daughter shall live to attain that
age or previously marry my said trustees shall stand possessed of and
interested in the said second mentioned moiety or equal half part of
and in the said second mentioned moiety or equal half part of
to my said daughter Charlotte Frances Pope or appointing the dividends
and interest thereof to any husband who may survive her during her
life upon such and the same trusts and with under and subject to
such and the same powers provisoes and declarations in all respects as
are hereinbefore mentioned expressed and declared of and concerning
the first mentioned moiety or equal half part of and in the said Marian Susan Pope and her children
annuities so bequeathed to the said Marian Susan Pope and
as aforesaid I give for and during her life and from and immediately
after her decease I give and bequeath my said plate unto my said
daughters Marian Susan Pope and Charlotte Frances Pope and my said
son Arthur Frederick Pope or such of them as shall be living at the
time or the decease of my said Wife equally to be divided between them
or such of them as shall be so living In trust for such one child and I do hereby declare
such child so living In trust for such one child and I do hereby declare
that in case my said children cannot agree as to the division of my
said plate the same shall be divided by my Executors hereinafter named
or by the survivors or survivor of them and such division shall be
conclusive And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal
estate and effects whatsover and wheresover and of what nature or kind
soever subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral and
testamentary expenses I give and bequeath the same unto my said Wife
Augusta Pope and my said friends Charles Richard Bigge and Frederick
Richard Lee upon trust to collect get in and receive the same and to
lay out and invest the monies so to be collected got in and received in
their names in or upon government or real securities at interest in
Great Britain and to stand possessed thereof and of the stocks funds
and securities of which I may die possessed (except my share and interest
in the three pounds per centum consolidated bank annuities hereinbefore
bequeathed upon the trusts following (that is to say) Upon trust to pay
