THERE ARE SO MANY to choose from, over all funds. Or are there? When you weed of the Loads, and focus on the type of fund (aggressive, growth, income,...) then it cuts down very quickly. I don't want aggressive because they're too volatile and I don't want income (primarily) because of my tax bracket. Looking through the CR for LTG and GI which are no load, I see about 74. Marketing those in the Feb 15 MF Selector, I see only the following which have NAV (incl div + gains of)

1 yr > 8%

3 yr > 60%

5 yr > 120%

10 yr > 600%

They are

Lindner Dividend Fund

Lindner Fund (Closed)

Mutual Shares

Nicholas

Sequoia (Closed)

Windsor (Closed)

20th C had it all for 3, 5, 10 but not last year. So maybe good value now.

(Not that Portfolio turnover isn't a big issue anymore with Cap Gains holding period down to 6 months).

Now...wait for prospectuses.
