bed Thurs + Friday. This of course put me behind in classes and the rest of the quarter was sort of hectic. Also the week after this on Tuesday I had to go to Santa Clara to fix a bug in basic, at AMI, which hindered me.

Nevertheless, the Sat + Sun I was recovering from the flu, I made some decisions about the future. Namely that if I stay to go to Law School, I must have a lover doing the same. That may be hard to come by but what the hell, I'll hope. Also on Sunday I decorated the apartment in my mind, and said to myself that I would spend the next few weekends looking for things, get an advance from Bill and then buy a lot of stuff during Spring Break. I felt ill at ease living on future money but did not think this one through.

Incidentally, I had by this time gone to gay people union meetings and had become turned off by it. Very few students go to it but fortunately Marvin Fox did. I met him though in EE 313
