Incidentally, I recently considered going back to school to get a doctorate in EE. I thought it may be great to know both EE + Comp Sci well. I spent several afternoons + evenings at UNM looking at brochures. I started by looking through all business schools + realized I didn't really have much interest in that, but that may change. Then I went to look through all California schools especially LA-based ones. UCLA seemed the most promising + I looked through the entire catalog. They put all the Engr (all categories!) plus CS in one big section. I thought it would be very interesting to learn semiconductor physics + electronics, laser + quantum engr, network thay, and all about comp sci.

But, then I realized that I can do one of two things EE or CS. If I do EE, I give up all my CS + when I get out of school I'm a nobody. Or I still with CS, be someone, not have to learn anymore, and
