probably do better. My days of learning are over as I've said. The only other questions that had to be answered were what did I study EE for. The answer to which is that there is no good CS major at Stanford + that I took all the CS I thought I needed to know - except that I should read all of Knuth + also a text on numerical analysis. This is armchair that one really doesn't need to study. Studying EE is much more worth it. I still think I finished the EE at a reasonable point, having learning all the BASICs + applying them + learning all the interesting stuff, without getting into the vague + esoteric.

So no more school. A last reason is I doubt I can get into Stanford so I'd have to go to UCLA, which would be ok, in light of the fact that I never want to live in the Bay Area
