So I see myself as head of one of the best sofware companies developing. I have done a lot to set it up + a lot to keep it going. Refer to my report on activity of my time. I have concluded I have worked 51.5 hours/week at least for nine months or maybe a bit more. It has been all right. But now I have a decision to make. Do I want to write software + design systems or do I want to manage, market and supervise a company. I do not have time to do both well. Even if I cut back managing to a modicum I would have only 3 hours/day for writing software. This is barely enough to get started + I cannot push it all to the end of the week + do it in 2 days + not take calls because that would easily get overridden. Also, as I say I would lose all my capability to manage well.
