both worlds. I would be able to work on interesting problems, know what they are + do a good bit of puzzle solving + systematizing. I get to work my share of the late hours, which is fun to do on occasion. So I would preserve the necessities, by managing. I would also get to have a social point, get to fly around, etc. etc.

My overall breakdown of time spent with Microsoft for the 2nd + 3rd quarters shows that I spend 13.5% of my time with MITS (Currie, Roberts, Cham, Josch, Rondeau). This can be reduced by use of memos as I have started to produce. If they are acted on, they will be done and that's that. Otherwise, just phone calls are required. Memos are a good cause of creating consistency. They are also a byproduct of it.

Next I spent 8.47% or 45 minutes of a 9 hr day: overall BSing w/self, reading notes, prioritizing, long range planning
