the U.S. here. It is obviously the only place for a person like me to live.

The whole North U.S. is such bad weather you'd have to be insane to live there. Except for the West + East ends of it.

The Midwest has no computer activity. It has little activity at all.

So we're left with the SW, Calif, OR + Wa. Wa + OR have little activity, high cost of living, rain all the time; it is beautiful when sunny but it is so random + unpredictable. Because of the weather the people are rather slow + gloomy. Portland especially. The rest of OR is the Midwest. I'll miss the Northwestiness but having been there a while for this Christmas - I'll tell you - it gets to ya. Everybody all bundled up even on the beaches. So foggy you can't see.
