There are not enough fun things to do + few fun people to do them with + no rich people + no very well educated people besides Bill + I won't do fun things with him if I'm working with him.

But even suppose I make a lot of money. Can I use it? The supposition is I'd move to LA then. That is definite. It would undoubtedly be better to work in LA now before I build up a lot of knowledge specialized to Microsoft. Also they would stipulate I cannot do that work for a year after I leave. So maybe go to business school. Where? Not in LA. I don't want to spoil LA that way + I don't want to lower my standards of education, a la Stanford. I had to leave there + can't go to law school because of my grades,
