Anyway Chip called me + I was so happy; just floating around the room. We went to see Sherlock Holmes smarter Brother at a drive in. Sort of a dud of an evening but fun nonetheless. Chip was working a lot now + had little time off but his timing was impeccable.

Friday night he went back to Ct again. 2nd time he did so in two weeks. This time to get his stuff. I must admit I went out Fri night + whored around. It is my whory night. But Sat'day was more romantic + I wrote him a lovely letter which I delivered to his mailbox so he'd get it when he returned. He did + called me Monday evening. We went to dinner at Establishment (By the way he brought up the name of Jim LaJeune at dinner but I said nothing), then to see "Norman is that you"
