At closing, he told me he was taking ____ home. I said I could go home with Tom, my new found computer friend. We parted.

I got back around 11:00. Garry answered the door. I asked if Chip's friend had left. He said he hadn't stayed.

When I got up to the living room, Chip was just getting dressed, finishing touches. I got ready + we went to Theodore's for brunch. Chip was very cold. All day. All through Griffith park, Beverly Hills, etc. Even getting my renta car.

I left + stayed in the Hollywood Holiday Inn. Big Santa Claus Lane parade. Tried to read EM&M but no progress. Did EM&M next day stayed for Tues + ret'd Wednesday. Chip picked me up at Spa + gave me a pie + took me to airport to get my stuff and even took me home but would not sleep with me that nite. I couldn't understand it. Nice but not nice.
