But I eventually got out on the slopes with Chip + his buddies all in the same class. We went through that. They had poma lifts. Ok, fine. There were 3 lifts to one easy area; one midway + one all the way up the mountain. We skiied till ~ 4:00pm. I got Chip up to the tip of the middle run + when I distracted him sufficiently he got all the way down without much problem. He had a great time in a couple long runs. He couldn't believe it, he said smiling.

His friends were great too. German Dick Schleitter, old guy Walter + Vinny (rather quiet).

Had hot hot chile for lunch. Kept me warm all over.

Some really good looking guys. Big + well dressed + good skiiers.
