The period from June 17, 1977 through July 17, 1977 is one of major transition and is messy, dollar-wise. Though it is all recounted and clear, there is no reason to deal with it here as we are only concerned with periods of normalcy. The period from July 17, 1977 through Sep 17, 1977 is the second two month test, and is recounted in the diary book on Sept 17, 1977. As far as boundary conditions are concerned, we go with July 17th NOON and include the expenses of the afternoon in the two months.
