I could have house with view of
rolling hills + Bay + ships
More densely packed = easier to see people
Fewer phony actors/models/waiters
People have more character

drink to on weekends
There skiing + hiking

so flat. There are no views. It's
a boring place to be by oneself!
(As I was in 1977.) Flatness didn't bother
me in ABQ because you could get out
easily
