I have examined the stone for
your steps and find that it cannot be set less
than Eighty five ($85) dollars. This price covers
foundation, leading & clamping & labor.

The reason the price is so much more than
what I estimated is, that from the size of the
stones much more foundation will be required
for good work, and the place where they
are delivered is inconvenient as to increase
the expense considerably
