Dear Sir

As the marble graves you sent
here for sale, have now remained sometime
without any purchaser, I must request you to
setle [sic] the freight bill on the same at once & remove
them, the Corporation having voted during the
past year, to act as the agent of no party for the
sale of any article at the Cemetery. (Bill enclosed.)

I should also like to inquire how it is that
my name appears on your circulars as approving
& recommending the article? I have never been
consulted in regard to its use & I consider it a
very unwarrantable proceeding on your part to say
the least and I wish it removed.

Please give this matter your early attention
