Dear Sir

Yrs of the 9^th inst at hand.
We have not many small lots for sale at present;
300 ft is the size we usually lay out for lots at
prices from 1.50 to 2.50 per square foot, the
grading sodding & posting of the lots to complete from
85 to ^$125 extra according to amount of work to be
done.

I think we could find a lot of 200 ft perhaps
if that will do.
