Dear Sir

I gave directions a week
ago to have your sod put in good
order without expense to you & it
will be finished as soon as the
pressure of work at this time of
year will allow.

The gardener will look at the oak
tree.

In regard to the flowers, there are
some still to go into all the lots,
and I have no doubt that will
be to your satisfaction - if not
let me know.
