Dear Madam

I have looked at [?] Lenfest
of lot ^#1752, and find that the lot has been left so
long that there is a good deal to be done to make it
look well.

The lot needs resodding which would cost about ^$45.00
- fence needs painting ^$10.00
If the pine tree is cut done it would cost ^$5.00

If you wish the tree cut, please let me know & I
will ask the consent of the Trustees which is necessary
as the tree is not within your lot.
